Returns & Refunds

Unopened products that you've had for less than seven (7) days can be returned to us. Please contact us at support@ncapsulate.com.sg before you do so and to confirm the return address. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order. What you have paid for the products will be credited back to your account, minus any charges which may be levied by third party payment service providers. Delivery charges (if any) will not be refunded.
