Regarding Order, Delivery and Shipping
- IS DELIVERY FREE?
Delivery is free within Singapore for orders S$80 and above. For orders below S$80, there will be a delivery fee of S$7 for delivery within Singapore.
- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?
Where you have successfully made payment for your order by 1pm on any given day, we aim to deliver your order the next working day if the products you have ordered are in stock. Where a payment is made after 1pm, delivery will be made the following working day.
- I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I MAKE CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO IT?
Please email us at email@example.com to make changes to your order and we will try our best to fulfil your request. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order and your order has already been processed for delivery, you may need to wait for your order to be delivered to you before returning them for a refund.
- HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
To change the shipping address you are using for your order, you just need to check out as usual. When you get to the checkout page, you can click on the "Change" link right above the current shipping address. You can then enter the new address.
- CAN I HAVE A SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT IS SEPARATE FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can. Many of our customers have their packages delivered to their workplace or to a family member. When you are entering your billing address, select the "Ship to different address" button and enter your shipping address.
REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT
- CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT?
To change the email address on your account, all you need to do is log in to your account and click on the "Account Information" link. There, you can edit the current email address and enter the new one in its place. Make sure you click on the "Save" button to save the changes. Remember to log in with the new email address for future orders.
- HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
To change your account password, log in to your account with your current password and click on the "Change Password" link. Enter your current password and your new password twice. Make sure to click "Save" in order to save the changes. When ordering in the future, log in to your account with your new password.
- I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Then, enter the email address for your account and you will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password. It usually takes just a few minutes to get the new password.
- HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A PRODUCT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
We continually try to have an optimum 2-week inventory of each item in stock. Once in a while, a product suddenly becomes very popular or oursuppliers have production delays, causing us to be out of stock. Most of our items are re-stocked within a couple of days. - HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE FRESH?
We continually strive to ensure that our products have satisfactory expiration or best-before dates. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any concerns on the expiration or best-before dates of any particular product.
- CAN I SUGGEST A PRODUCT FOR YOU TO CARRY?
Yes. Please use our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include as much information as possible about the product so that we can evaluate whether it is appropriate to be offered by our store.
- HOW DO I FIND OUT IF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY MEDICATION?
Always consult your doctor or health professional before taking any nutritional supplements in conjunction with your medication or other health products.
- HOW DOES YOUR LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE WORK?
If you find another Singapore-based retail store (physical or online) selling the same product at a lower price, please let us know and we will match the price. If you have already bought the product from us, we will refund you the difference if you show us satisfactory proof of the difference within seven (7) days of purchase.
